We are riding!
Ok so it is super late but I know alot of you are wondering how it went today. Well we are officially through two rides. Walking, Trotting, and Loping. He has gotten light in the bridle (means I don't have to pull hard) and seems to be responsive. We were also able to pick up all four feet. That has been a big challenge. There have been multiple things that I have learned to better my training. I feel like Dan is helping me fix the things in my technic that allow me to not have to work so hard. He is also helping me polish my riding skills. I have only learned the things I know from videos and demonstrations. I have had no body ever really pick on my training style. The nice thing is that there are only a few things that he corrects me on. Which makes me feel confidant because sometimes you are wondering if you are doing things right. Spade is really learning too, but he has not fully trusted me yet. That is why we are still having some problems with kicking and being sticky (that means he doesn't want to move, and has a tendency to stop alot). We are getting there. Sorry I didn't take any video or pictures it has been way to intense to worry about them. Maybe tomorrow
